Yes well said by 600 true faith lawyers on judicial system Very sorry to say in TN high judge on sumoto TN corrupt minister Ponmudi convicted for 2 years and 57 Lakh fine but Supreme Court given stay for conviction and NOT clearly SAY conviction correct or not. Because of not clear answer from Supreme Court Governor refused to re appoint as minister. And Supreme Court warned Governor 24 hours time for reappoint. Now he comes back as minister. What a shame on judicial system. Till now no clear answer from Supreme Court. Again sorry to say We suspect money power will enter in Supreme Court. Request to all Supreme Court judges must to answer pl make a true justice. No currption No commission No collection in politics and corrupt all MP and MLAs must punish.

As a common citizen, my observation in the recent past perfectly tallied with eminent lawyers opinion. Unless strong measures are taken by judiciary our Democracy will peril soon. Politicians are enjoying the benefit of loophole in the law and harvesting according to their will. Tharma should prevail.

It is the fact this can be seen in justice given in the case of OPS and bitrayar edapadi palanisamy. Though MGR documents says that podhu saiyalalar should be elected by thondargal none of the justices has ignored this(Except justice Jayachandhran) and deliverd judgement in favour of bitrayar edapadi palanisamy. This itself proves that no confidence in true justice

Well said. Indian judiciary needs overhauling at every level. Corruption also entered SC is really painful to note. Otherwise ponmudi case would have been a reversal in the corruption case where SC also cannot give time.
