இன்று இந்தியன் ரிசிபி தமிழில் சோன் பப்டியின் எளிதான செய்முறையை கொண்டு வந்துள்ளோம். வீட்டிலேயே பேக்கரி போன்ற சரியான சோன் பப்டியை செய்ய எளிதான வழி. பேக்கரி மாதிரியான சோன் பப்டி/ ரோல் செய்முறையை உருவாக்கவும். சரியான சோன் பப்டி செய்வது எப்படி | சோன் ரோல்/சோன் பாப்டி செய்ய எளிதான செய்முறை. சுலபமான சோன் ரோல்/சோன் பாப்டி செய்முறையைப் பகிரவும். இந்தியன் ரெசிபி தமிழ் | அபி செய்முறை. இந்தியன் ரெசிபி தமிழ் | அபியின் செய்முறை
required things:
* Maida - 1 bowl
* besan flour - 1/2 cup
* Ghee - 2 tsp
* Dried fruits - some
Sugar Syrup:
* Sugar - 1.5 bowl
* Water - 1 + 2 tbsp bowl
* Lemon juice - 1 tsp
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
* மைதா - 1 கிண்ணம்
* கடலை மாவு - 1/2 கிண்ணம்
* நெய் - 2 டீஸ்பூன்
* உலர் பழங்கள் - சில
சர்க்கரை சிரப்:
* சர்க்கரை - 1.5 கிண்ணம்
* தண்ணீர் - 1+2 டீஸ்பூன் கிண்ணம்
* எலுமிச்சை சாறு - 1 டீஸ்பூன்
Procedures :
Recipe: For the mixture, put the pan on the stove and add the ghee, maida and besan and mix well. Then fry well on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and shift the fried mixture through a large steel strainer. For the sugar syrup, put the pan on the fire and add the sugar and a little lemon juice. Turn the fire slowly until the sugar has dissolved. Continue to cook and let harden by cooking for 20-25 minutes.Put a few drops of sugar syrup in water and check its consistency. Cook until lightly browned or as shown in the video, then turn off the heat. For the soan roll, take a tray or steel plate, grease it lightly, rub sugar syrup on it, let it cool slightly and stir from time to time. Then rub a little ghee on your palm and beat well until the mixture forms thread-like scales.Then add its corner and make a ball, mix well around the fried flour mixture and make string-like. Mix the mixture alternately. Then take a small bowl and put the chopped dry fruits in it. Put the soan roll in it and press it gently with your fingers and take it out. Doing this you will prepare the Super Delicious Soan Papdi / Soan roll at home.
