Mustard Seeds-1/2 Tsp (Let it Pop)
Fennel Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds-1 Tsp
Shallots-12 Or 50 Grams
Garlic Cloves-4
Curry Leaves Sprigs-2
Shrimp/Prawns-200 Grams
Jaffna Seafood Curry Powder-2 Tbsp
Tamarind Extract-1 1/2 Tbsp
Water-1 Tbsp
Water-1 1/2 Cup Or 375 ML
Thick Coconut Milk-2 Tbsp Or 30 ML
Shallots-10 Or 50 Grams
Small Green Chili-12 Or 13 Grams
Oil-1 1/2 Tbsp
Carrots-50 Grams
Cabbage-50 Grams
Leeks-35 Grams
Salt 2 to 3 pinches
Added another 1/2 Tsp Oil
Large Eggs-2
Add few pinches of salt
Add few pinches of Black pepper powder
Roti-350 Grams
Lime/Lemon for your taste
