Kavitha, a really healthy thosai n chutney. A nourishing meal to start the day with breakfast. I get some of the cereals in Madurai. I don’t get kambu in my place. Your recipes are always good to serve for visitors too. I get visitors who look forward to get recipes for the dishes served. I at times prepare kollu thosai. Ragi thosai I just mix ragi flour to normal thosai flour n leave to ferment. I noticed that all your recipe videos that I have watched are specifically prepared with importance given to health, cleanliness n minimum effort.Your tips are very good n given at the right moment.
