Ingredients:
step-1:
cauliflower - 1/2 kg (put in to the hot water)
turmeric - 1/2 spoon ( add in the boiling water )
when the cauliflower coming 25% boil , now remove the cauliflower from the hot water and put it one pat .
step -2 :
bazan powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
maidha - 1 and 1/2 tsp
corn flour - 1 and 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1 spoon
red chilly powder - 1 spoon
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
lemon juice - little
and salt .
this all mix well with little water like paste , now add the cauliflower in the paste and mix it .
step- 3 :
now the mixing cauliflowers all put in the hot oil and fry it well . when this all good fry now finish the cauliflower 65 . this is very good taste and healthy also . so you will also try to make , eat and enjoy.
