Customer service is worst in India. Bought a TV in amazon, after 1 month of use, TV got repaired and screen is always black, Called service center, called amazon, mailed everyone, used twitter handle, raised consumer complaint. It went on for 2 months, everyday after office, i talk to them the same thing again and again. After 2 months of struggle got my refund.

nothing can be done - food delivery is big vacant space i two decades ago, now swiggy and zomato filled that space and their are the big giants. Even hotel managements are favor to them. only option is hotels associations to form one local food delivery service to eliminate swiggy and zomato. but one big challenge is network between hotels and competition between them.

Try to be fair, blaming delivery partner instead of restaurant for giving stale food, if you didn't notice the mistake in the food and after eating if you get any health issues , still you opt for the 400 rs refund, as a responsible food reviewer you must complaint it to the food safety department
File a case with the consumer disputes redressal forum. I have won the case with sufficient proof. You can also file a report with Food Inspector. Preserve the evidence
