For all those who are cheering up for this.. Is this what you are happy about? About how they are obstructing the parliament by venting out their hatred on ruling party instead of contructuive dialogues? Do you like to run the country and implement development plans to increase productivity? or do you want to make fun on each other in the parliament and block the parliament from functioning properly? You think watching politicians fighting each other is the reason for choosing govt? You may like or hate a govt, but if you go the extent of making houses dysfunctional then you are are really hijacking the function of this nation for mere hatred. You should not be rejoicing when politicians create ruckus in instead of focusing on policies and development plans. You are being played well in the hands of external countries who are really envying India's economic prospects. This is exactly what they like to see in our Parliament and you are rejoicing over it?
You are being very idealist. Gone are the days of Parliament where single member bills were discussed and passed on merit. The like of Piloo modi, feroze Gandhi Masani Acharya Kripalani commaned respect and adoration. The present PM and his chamchas have evicted MPs enmass and passed legislation in the previous house. They have systematically dismantled autonomy of election commission CAG office CBI enforcement directorate. They are trying to scuttle the autonomy of Judiciary. The speaker of Loksabha and the chsirman of Rajyasabha shamelessly play and dance to the tune of BJP and dictates of self acclaimed maha purush. The man ki baat maha purush does not have guts to face an independant press and answer the questions. Even in Parliament his presence is not felt. He lets his jingoist chamchas to obtruct oppostion MPs from raising issues that are important. So hold your horses. The Indian voters desreve their rulers because they do not understand the value of yheir votes. Talk of wasting public money in disrupting parliament functioning??? What about answering the six questions raised by MP Mahua moitra. Our mahapurush P. M failed miserably in answering them. Do you still want this dysfuntional government to stay in power?

Viewing Democracy as mere setup for question and answer sessions is real set back of Indians.. we are too much in to being perfect democracy.. while there is no such thing.. and we may, and we need to have compromises when we need to grow faster out of necessity... While I am baffled by this idealism, the irony that surprises me most is when very guys like you don't fail to compare progress of India with authoritarian regimes like China where you have only one press, one party and one kind of people. Where there is no lengthy red carpet or bill passing business for any decision that is taken by XI. But at same time claiming our Govt to function like Hitler even to pass bill for security reasons in borders? Asking 20 thousand questions for every activities based out of inputs from national intelligence agencies(which is supposed to be covert in most cases), Expecting leaders to sit there to only answer us? You are absolutely entitled to expect leaders to answer you in a democracy when there are no outcomes and when there is not progress or results. But assuming that alone as a business of democracy without doing due diligence is ludicrous and sign of ignorance and idealism. But you cannot expect question and answer alone as means to gauge the performance as govt especially when govt exhibits its performance in numbers and in terms of diplomatic impacts and also in terms of the growth in terms infrastructure and projects you see happening and nearing completion in the quickest pace that you have never seen before in this country.. You see implementation of PLI schemes, startup India, Increase in defense production 8 times in 2 year span, while we were largely import dependent country for 7 decades. India being treated as partner for first time with US, while balancing with Russia and succeeding in getting oil without repercussions.. India helped all other countries in need during covid and also was aspiringly successful in vaccinating its own people far more successfully when western countries failed miserably. boost in phone production. increase drone production. Railway infrastructure, road connections. Increased digital banking. If you want even more real tangible results just check how Pakistan is now.. Earlier Pakistan used to seek parity with Indian and we Indians use to take winning a cricket match as great victory but today India is not paying attention to such matches any more. Gone are days Indians were taking it seriously and Pakistanis rejoicing it seeking parity with India just merely over a ball and a bat.India is too busy with progress in economy, defense, AI, startups, G7, G20 and restructuring internal and external policies, sustainable energy, EV, Semi conductors, Roads & Railways, Tech MOUs, GLobal south leadership etc, etc etc.... No time for such petty stuffs and not in mood to entertain the parity and crisis issue in the neighborhood. But all you care about is whether democracy definition is followed in this country? You claim abt Govt taking control of independence of judiciary.. how certain are you that judiciary and other departments like ED were always independent in this country.. How certain are you that such systems are hack proof before this govt? You think they are not reachable by other lobby? who are always eyeing to prey and bribe in order to take control of judiciary and other key units of this nation? and what solution do you have when they are hacked like that? What makes you think giving them absolute independence will have them unbiased? just blind trust that they are independent is sufficient? You don't have answer right? YOu wont and you don't care to see the flaw in this system in the first place.. you are just more keen on following it rather by book.. without knowing if the theories in the books were right in the first place. Books are never universal.. They are meant to be amended from time to time. to be evolved according to changing times. This mindset is the reason why India was banana republic for long long time. For the first time there are actions.. there are measurable outcomes. you want to measure the performance of this govt? go check that.. not by merely asking question and expecting answers. it may only satisfy your craving to insult and boast about it. prove me it will give outcomes. Election is not meant to just see the leader you choose to give dialogues in Parliament.. if that is what you think it is for.. then slowly all the borders will be eroded and you will see all foreign trades taking control of Indian market and and dictating terms to you.. while your leaders are busy entertaining you in the parliament by merely asking cross questions and doing mimicry of the opposite team members.. wake up that is not democracy, that is demoCRAZY. I would also partially blame this govt for this ignorance you have... By Next election, this Govt(or any Govt or that matter) should take it as mission to spread awareness among common Indians on External Affairs, so that it becomes part of election mandate in elections. And Indians should not vote merely based on petrol price, caste, rice/wheat price and caste and local politics alone. An individual citizen must be literate in such matters, else their votes are pointless? Election is not a test for politicians, its a test for people. we don't go unprepared for tests right? Voting is not like visiting candy shop where you select what you like. It is rather like a visit to medical shop, you need to be aware of what you choose. For that you need to be educated in the matters related to your body and the medicine People should be educated on many other aspects on matters like macro and micro economy, Defense, Foreign affairs, Visionary plans of future, Environment and Education. That is when Democracy will have meaning. People keep flaunting about Democracy as mere expression of freedom of people. Which is wrong. Democracy is about expression of *responsibility* through knowledge. People keep preaching about exercising voting as responsible citizen. Just voting is not even 25% of the responsibility. they also need to watch how a govt functions, their policies, reasons behind them, short and long term implications, that is what participation is, not just voting. IMO it is even fine to have lower vote count than having huge irresponsible votes of .ill-informed citizens. Democracy is deserved by those who have responsibility and knowledge. It is not an unconditional birth right, It is a conditional one. We need to develop ourselves to deserve it. This lack of understanding about democracy has lead to inefficiency and irresponsible leadership world over. Which is why we see many world over shaming democracy as system. Freedom of speech is not above nationhood... nation is not liable to give you freedom of speech at any cost, rather you are supposed to use you freedom responsibly for the sake of nation. Democracy is not a failure in itself. - democracy does not fail when leaders fail - democracy does not fail when economy fail - democracy does not fail when evm fails It fails when people fail.
