TMC Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra made her comeback speech while replying to the motion of thanks to the President's address. Re-establish? After the last election, how come there are still doubts about this being a functional democracy atleast in voting terms? And how does supporting someone like RG whose only qualification is that he was born in the right family, make it re-establishing democracy? So say outright that you want to re-establish a monarchy...the Gandhi family is the closest to a monarchy that we have had post independence. However monarchies are far more dangerous for the monarch. Because the outcome of failing your people, is that the monarch get murdered by whoever replaces him. The threat of coups are constant. She quit her well establish career in US, she gave up the comfort of living in America and returned to India to serve the country. She is an wonderful daughter of India. If she spokes in hindi ,it's hearing it's all the common talk that other politician used to spoke, not any extraordinary topic she has used. It's the total loud speaking , if assume a girl child 10th or 12th standard reading literature and through up to the teacher whenever questioning that not means she is so much talented( it's proven she has good communication skills and she got marks 95% in english, but in science or math less than 40%) , she has only reading skill. Wonderful speech indeed! Ms Mohua Moitra has done it in a zestfully enthusiastic and extemporaneous manner. She didn’t look at the script with fixed attention. BJP politicians will, beyond doubt, feel this powerful speech very pungent. I doubt that no BJP politician will be able to come out with a befitting rejoinder to her speeches that are packed with solid facts and figures. But I also revere the honourable speaker for giving Ms Mohua sufficient time to complete her speech.
