Ingredietns
ginger - 1 inch (chopped finely)
garlic - 4 to 5 clovse (chopped finely)
onion - 1 med size (chopped finely)
rolled oats - 1/2 cup
water - 3 cups ( can replace with vegetable stock or chicken stock, also, water can be adjusted according to your desired consistency)
vegetables - 1/2 cup (carrot, beans, sweet corn, peas, potato etc)
green chilli - 1 (adjust according to your spice level)
pepper - little
herbs - little ( optional)
salt - as per taste
