கடந்த டிசம்பரில் கோவை சென்றபோது, இரண்டு தடவை முயற்சித்தும் NONB உணவகத்துக்கு செல்ல முடியாமல் போய் விட்டது..... இப்போது அது சென்னையிலும் இருப்பது கண்டு மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி ... நான் சென்னை வரும்போது அடையாரில்தான் தங்குகிறேன்... அடுத்தமுறை கண்டிப்பாக இந்த உணவகம் செல்லமுடியும் என நம்புகிறேன்.
Finally we see some real inventions here . Well done . Even if this tastes 50% less still for health reasons , this restaurant will be considered number one . Another reason is that this restaurant is the first of its kind in India which bags the 100% sustainability factor , eco friendly and releases least Amount of C02 into the atmosphere . If they remove fan / ac the it will be another credit to the restaurant . ❤❤❤
Given the business competition among hoteliers or in any business, Hats off to Mr.Shiva for transferring the knowledge to the people who want to emulate. Had he not transferred we would not have seen hotels like this in other cities.
I am shocked with owner sisters knowledge in natural food. She has love and interested in natural foods. Forget the money. We must appreciate the pain taken to learn, prepare and serve.
Looks interesting am curious how it will taste but am not comfortable how everytime hand hygiene can be maintained since they r mixing everything bare handed and served without cooking... Corona has taught us a lot...can't we use a Glove like we see in processed food factories...

We tried this restaurant... quality is good...but item prices are too costly...since we know the ingredients prices and preparation cost, they can really think about reducing the price by 10-20%
Since this is kind of new from traditional cooking we cannot expect regular customers also they need to see some profit so that they can survive for long term
