Suitable for Parents of NRI children, they can only afford to spend such a high tariff. Middle class even upper middle class people can not imagine . What I would suggest to the management is cost wise tariff(may be variable) for monthly rent and Deposit to the tune of 6-12 months rent, then it is a project to serve the retirees and aged people in letter and spirit. In fact I thought of moving to this heaven with my wife, but cost factor restrains me, even though I am retired officer.

Management asks payment details from members . That means they donot have proper accounting . Money is yet due . Reminded many times . THIS IS MANIKANDAN SWERGAM SUPRABATH RETIREMENT COMMUNITY . IT IS UPTO INDIVITUALS TO JOIN .NO DIETICIAN NO DOCTOR NO COMMUNITION NO TRANSPORT .

Nana nanny மற்றும் இது போல இருக்கிற இல்லங்கள் இப்போது பெற்றோர்கள் தானாகவே தேர்ந்தெடுக்கிறார்கள். They never tell. It's not their motive to serve the elders in reasonable rate. Now a days 'Homes for aged" is a highly profitable business. Seniors didn't ask for any concessions; but rates they quote is... og God! Only Guberan can only offer.

A studio type room costs a deposit of Rs.7 lakhs refundable and one lak non refundable and it costs about Rs.25000-00 per month towards furnished room, and food.
