இவ்வளவு வானளவிய அதிகாரத்தில் இருந்துவிட்டு ரிட்டையர்டு ஆனதுக்கு பிறகு அவர்கள் மனநிலை எப்படி இருக்கும்..

உங்களுக்கு மகா புண்ணியம் சார். என் பணிவான வணக்கங்கள். தங்களின் இம்மாதிரி முயற்சிகள், நாட்டில் உள்ள இளைஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு உந்துசக்தியாகவும், உற்சாகத்தையும் அளிக்கும். அவர்களின் நடத்தையும் சீராகி, நம்பிக்கை பிறக்கும். தாங்கள் நீடூழி வாழ்ந்து பலரின்‌ வாழ்வினில் ஒளியேற்ற அருள்புரியுமாறு இறைவனை பிரார்த்திக்கிறேன். நன்றி சார்.

Hi Its a motivating video no doubt and appreciate. But I need to share few additional details. In case I am wrong I make a pardon. (For your info I was Group 1 class III officer at the age of 22 and resigned one year later). Maximum a civil servant can get is Rs.2 Lakhs + Per month as salary. Most of the civil servants join from business schools and IITs. If a person is very keen on salary, Civil services is not the right choice. Getting Rs.2 Lacs in a IT company is below mediacore. I have friends who earn almost 5 times easily more than what these civil service persons earn per month. If anyone who wants to be honest and follow ethics, his family will be ending their life as slightly above the middle class level only. There are other issues also. 1) If female lot of work related issues definitely there. 2) The people with whom we move is a big issue. Its surrounded by most corrupted environment - corruption is the main issue. 3) Need to deal with politicians (whom of late I feel are sin to even see (that much corrupt irrespective of the party he belongs). Need to digest and work 4) If not favouring political parties, will be transferred to dummy posts like commissioner of salts and should be willing to work. (Of course one good thing) by the time one become Joint Sec, these people become collectors and then move to the higher level (addl sec)and back to headquarters (chennai) and spend maximum time with family (very good work life balance). In a nutshell if a person doesn't care much with corruption and not looking here and there and controlled, its a nice post to bringup children and lead a good life. If too honest and not flexible, its a frustrating job and may end people to be a middle class person (like ordinary citizens). (Main problem is dealing politicians like vattam etc.. which is really a frustrating issue and its better to put effort in Pvt sector company and make a decent and peaceful life. (Its purely my opinion)
