In this video, I will be showing you how to make Coconut Pongal & Aubergine Fry. This was what I ate when I was younger going to school. Coconut Pongal ingredients:
Red rice
Some water
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk - 1 tin
Aubergine Fry ingredients:
Aubergine - 2
Some oil
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Some dried red chillies or butter chillies
Some shallots
Green chillies - around 7
Some curry leaves
Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
