The Nadars weere sea traders. After the death of Kunjali Marrakkiar the Sea trade was over. The Portuehuguese took control of the Sea, the Arabian Sea, The Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal. The Nadars were trading in the Middle East became Muslims and after the death of Kunjali the rest of them moved to the land and were looking for jobs. The rich Nadars bought the land and were called the Nelamaikkarar and Karuku patai nadan the rest Kala and kadaikal who were poor took Palmarah Climbing. However the profession was hard and poverty and misery took over the poor Nadars. The DNA of the Nadars were diffeent from the other Tamils. Many of the Nadars suffered. Also many of the Nadars had Chariots and were carried by the other Tamils in the 1800 AD. I have done a research on Nadars covering 1000 years. Many of the stories you hear are not true. Some of them are absolutely true.

Also, Christianity was against with Nadar in 1990s. They did not allow Hindu Nadars in their school and colleges. I have evidences in my hand. You are always saying wrong information. You should say about this also. If you need I can give you the evidences.
