Children dream of becoming doctor. Still have NEET exam, but have options based on what is being taught School curriculum is based on so many years of research. And exams need to be based on curriculum. Maybe need to have two types of NEET exams One for government schools and government sponsored but still private/public schools One for CBSE based on CBSE curriculum. If a exam is too different from curriculum what students study , then there need to extra subject /course part of their grades …at least from high school years -- 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Maybe one of the aim is to have something similar to IIT for Medicine also. Then need to follow how IIT colleges set up (few medical colleges categorized like IIT having NEET as its exams to select students) and rest of students tested similar to regular Engineering colleges, If this is not possible, bring CBSE curriculum for at least high schools like ‘AP’ subjects. Without knowing a new language, asking students to write in that new language, how it is possible. Public schools curriculum focused on local needs….sometimes culture based …what natural medicine will suit the people kind of learning Some thoughts…..
I tell one thing about NTA's work . That is they conduct NCET recently ( with in a week ). Due to some issues they conduct for all the candidates (world)to do RE- National Commen Entrance Test (RE-NCET 2024).it is possible for nta means re-neet ? For further information google ncet.
you dont understand why neet.we are loosing the seat in aims jipmer and all india quota. We cannot do entrance exam for all. one entrance for everything will be the correct thing. We should correct the system.The cheating and leaking should be stopped. whatever you tell is not the solution😢
