Hi Im from Malaysia. The way you clean is very long way and take time. Actually before wash you hv to clean by seperating or peel the anchovy from the middle you can clean the dirt inside and u will get 2 pieces by seperating.

Tq for sharing the easiest way to.remove the dirt.. normally i will remove . 1fish Split into 4 n take out the fishbone too. ...i cant eat or fry with the bone..
