I was born in Bengaluru, studied and grew up in Delhi and now settled down in Bengaluru. I can read and write Tamil because I studied it in Delhi which is 2000 kms from Tamil Nadu. My Hindi is stronger next only to English. I learnt Kannada well which I read as well. The strength of knowing multi languages is enormous and powerful. I experience that everyday. Jai Hind!

I myself is a Brahmin & our kuladeivam is Shri Bhoothanathar roppam of Sastha. From my mother's side their kuladeivam is Shri Karuppasamy and the temple is situated at Milaganur near Manamadurai. All our family members settled in Mumbai before 25 years

The answer to diversity of religious practices lie in the Tholkapiyam itself which teaches about thinai. This thinai concept appears in the Vedic system as Desa dharma, Marga and Desi dharma. So in whichever branch of Hinduism acceptance of diversity is there already.
