Will answer for most of your question . Keep egg in an egg box in a shelf and not in a refrigerator. Once after you buy , consume the egg within 48 hours . Do not keep it in refrigerator . Boiled egg is good for your health. You can use water to check the fresh Ness of an egg . Lot of videos are available on RU-vid on how to check the freshness of an egg . It is really difficult to say whether an egg is bad or good by seeing , you can keep it in front of a bulb to check the yolk's thickness .
