வேலைக்குப் போனால் டாக்ஸ் கட்ட வேண்டும். சுயதொழில் என்றால் டாக்ஸ் எஸ்கேப் ஆகலாம். கடைகளில் ஒரு தீப்பெட்டி விற்றாலும் bill போட வேண்டும் என்பது சட்டம் ஆனால் bill போடுவது இல்லை. நகைக் கடைகளில் bill வேண்டாம் என்றால் rate குறைவு.

Mr Sundar All your Gyan is good. But , India has 142Crore people some basic social security has to be provided the government. There is no need to offer any donations to charity or any other social cause . Let we pay taxes to government honestly without cribbing it actually serves a bigger cause for a nation than offering a donation to a school or an Ashram .In my opinion the job is well done by the working middle class . India Inc is running due to them and corporates.

Increase the corporate tax rate from 25% to 40% so govt will have stable revenue to provide services to billion people ! Comman man are not earning crores of turnover still pays 18% GST, long term & short term capital gains & income tax rate of around 45% !! Indian citizens deserve good social infrastructure for their high taxes

BMW India la costly and you can take count easily. It means luxury so tax is more. Where as in U.S or Germany quite normal so it's bit less tax. You don't just compare BMW and declare it. If you are genuine then compare with 100 items. And this taxation is not newly added in the year of 2024. You will boom this now for political reasons. Nothing else.

Good.. Let's compare the price of tomato, onion and tea between both countries.. Compare salaries, tax paying % of people etc.. Throwing irresponsible comment can only spread negative beliefs which is highly dangerous for the nation. You have one life so find best option to live.. Uneducated and unemployed people can live in US or Europe? .. But they can live in India with lot of freebies.. We Still on the path of setting and reaching standards.. What is the real barriers are the population.. Feeding 2 or 3 meals a day to different segments of people with different diversities, communities are not dream.. Let's be wise people to have wider view.. Narrow mind will not make you satisfied..

But with my take home salary in Australia, after all my expenses I can buy a Tesla car in two years without any financial burden in australia. But I can't buy the same or equally costing car in my lifetime in India without financial burden.

Just got to see your video, I live in the US, few facts. My total tax is 23%, federal 11%, state 6%, social security 6%, total is about 23%.. Benefits, 1. My son goes to world class school, which is free. In India it would cost 1 lakh a month. 2. Road I travel is world class. 3. We get purified water in tap, which is free. 4. I get unemployment benefits when I lose job. 5. Health insurance is covered by employer. 6. Most importantly breathe pure air, 7. No GST or any tax on food items, clothing, shelter, etc. List goes on..

In order for the Government to run they need money. One they can generate by printing money, borrowing money and effective taxation. For India - Huge military spending Huge Agricultural subsidy Huge Social welfare program Huge burden on paying out to pensioners. Most of the central Government employees benefit range from 1 - 4 Lakh per month, huge outgo. Infrastructure development Socio economic welfare schemes On top of it you have states have access to collecting their own taxes and getting their share of Central Government collection of taxes Yes it is highly taxed since the number of people paying taxes is far less than the total population. Still we are using cash to generate black Money. GST is a must atleast to get a fair share from everyone. But for those middle class who don’t take any welfare schemes the taxes should be brought down and the ultra rich should be levied a wealth tax ranging from .5% to 5% based on their assets from 50 crores to 10,00,000 crores. Either they should pay the taxes or be part of specific development projects of the Government to uplift the poor. Skill development institutions, higher education, primary education, hospitals and heath infrastructure, Solar , irrigation projects, agricultural storage facilities..etc JaiHind!
