One more feedback to you. After eating please do not keep your partially eaten plate near fresh Idlies. Also, it’s disgusting when you use hand gestures with a dirty hand -chutney when concluding the video. Hope as a chef you understand the perspective.

Thank you for this video. I tried making batter according to their method and measurements. But utter flop. 50gms so less for 1kg rice. Difficult to grind 50gm in 2litre wet grinder. I added 100 gms and made idli it was not soft. My measurements was correct. So please chef Deena, you can check with this measurements and see. How it is coming for you. (FYI) I added Castor seeds also.
