It's happened to me..at Sastra University . Due to SC scholarship I received, my Cast revealed..and I descriminated and I have been targeted .. deliberately failed and asked me to relieve out of the SASTRA University! .. One PhD scholar committed suicide due to Guide torture..but the management hided the news, and postmortem reported 25year old scholar got Heart attack like that !! Brahmin and non- Brahmin treated differently!! IIT also not exceptional!! Even Supreme Court Judge also not exceptional!!

Sales / marketingமானேஜர் இருந்தால் உடனே அவர்களுக்கு business head , general manager போல வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் கிடைக்க ப்ராயத்தனப்படுவார்கள் மற்றவர்கள். இதனால் தான் அங்கு படிக்க போட்டி , வெறி அதிகம். அங்கு சென்று பாருங்கள். ஏதோ மெண்டல் ஹாஸ்பிடல் போன மாதிரி இருக்கும். பிரதமர் பரிசு அளிக்கும்போது அவர்கள் நடந்து வந்த ஸ்டைலை பார்க்கும்போது தெரியும் , என்ஜினீயரிங் படித்து 15-20 கிடைத்த அனுபவத்தை 4.5 வருடத்தில் உங்கள் மூளையில் ஏற்றிவிடுவோம், ஏத்திவிடவேண்டும் என்ற ஒரே நோக்கம் மட்டுமே அங்கு, படிப்பறிவு குறைந்த தொழில் அறிவு நிறைந்தவர்களிடம் இருந்து டெக்னாலஜி எப்பிடி திருட வேண்டும் என்பது கைவந்த கலையையும் இவர்களுக்கு சொல்லித்தரப்படும் அட்லீ, முருகதாஸ் போல். இது தான் வாழ்கை என்று நினைப்பவர்கள் வெற்றி பெறுகிறார்கள் கடைசி காலத்தில் பணம் இருக்கும் யாரும் உதவிக்கு இருக்க மாட்டார்கள் கஷ்டப்பட்டு கொண்டு இருப்பார்கள், பாதியில் விட்டு போனவர்கள் ஓரளவுக்கு அறிவு சார்ந்த டீசெண்ட் வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வார்கள். 20 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னாலேயே நான் ஒரு பிசினஸ் ஹெட் recruit செய்திருக்கிறேன்from IIT நினைக்கும்போது ஓ போட சொல்லுது. அவர்களுக்கு சொல்லி கொடுக்கும் ஒரே தாரக மந்திரம் நான் சொல்வது சரி, இல்லை நான் சொல்வதுதான் சரி என்பதே, அவர்கள் அதனை சொல்லும்போது எதிரே இருப்பவர் 100 சத வீதம் நம்புவார்கள் - சதுரங்கவேட்டையில் நட்ராஜ் ரைஸ் புல் கலசம் பற்றி சொல்லும்போது புல்லரிக்குமே அது போல் முக்கால்வாசி வெற்றியும் அடைந்துள்ளனர் பொருளாதாரம், விளம்பரம் , சப்போர்ட், அரசியல், மற்ற பல காரணிகளால் காக்கா உட்கார பனம்பழம் விழுந்த கதை கூட உண்டு. I I T அது தனி சாதி தனி மதம்... பணக்காரன் ஏழை போல், இதை ஆதாரத்துடன் சொல்ல முடியும். அந்த சிறு வளையத்திற்குள் சென்றுவிட்டால் வெளிவர மாட்டார்கள் எந்த சாதி மதமானாலும் சரி காரணம் புகழ், வசதி, பணம் அதனால் தான் அங்கிருந்து யாரும் வாய் திறக்க மாட்டார்கள். இது போல் பல துறைகளிலும் இருக்கிறது சீக்கிரம் வெளிவர வேண்டும்.

Students belonging to SC/ST/Minority only know how they are insulted at higher educational instituitions and discouraged. Ask those who have completed the course despite these. If the students peak about this openly, they are harassed in many ways. Reducing the internal marks is one such thing. People who criticise those who commit suicide should know' only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches'. The interviewer in all interviews argues and hell bent to project BJP views against the speakers ! It is not necessary. He can project from neutral view point. Even silence is better in many interviews. But forcing arguments will not help in many cases. It is depressing that the very same gentleman spoils nearly all interviews ! Our Doctor is well versed in arguments, but many scholars will have direct views, but they will show themselves poorly, when tested with BJP arguments !
