doesn't matter where server is placed and i believe all issues mentioned are concerns about correction/updates. correction/updates in the document must be questioned and thoroughly investigated before making it, Otherwise it'll lead many issues. Computerization has many benefits..

Just a concerns about document writers who're not willing to take up computerization, i know it is difficult for them to upgrade but still it is unavoidable looking at its security and benefits.. people must understand that name correction and others are definitely not an issue, rather they're needed to secure your property. Suggest changes/concerns in a software are welcome, but talking about TCS and where server placed and all are worst. People must know that if any problem occurred in the document then TCS should pay multiple crores as penalty or fine. TCS or the government who owns this software should worry about Hacking or other computer related fears and not the people. News 7 channel - I really appreciate many of your work but not this. Online is must , some how it is trying to eradicate issues related to patta and document which will benefit buyers .it's a check for fraud document writers and brokers who try to sell property with out basic documents .
When the tittle of this clip is villangam certificate,no details about villangam certificate (how to apply,o online, fees structure, etc)is not explained in this documentary.watching this kind of stuff is waste of time.besides bribery in registration offices are prevalent.
