245. Again blatant lie. The int rate is high across globe bcos of few factors. This Anand even after knowing it, he hide it n presents as if bjp is at fault. The rate cut will start from jan 2025. By then inflation will come down to 2% in USA. In Bharat we are at 5.2% that is just above 0.6% up. Bharat has done superb economy job n able to bring down very fast. So simply wait for 7 months to start buying houses. It is good to place orders now , but agree to pay emi only after 7 months or when house handed over to u which ever is long time is better. This fraud won’t make u buy houses in your life time. I bought my first house in 2000. Immediately after that internet bubble burst. I was scared that time. But things changed with 2 yrs n I could repay the loan within 3 yrs. I bought another house in 2008. But Lehman crash occurred n I was not scared. With in 3 yrs things came to normal. I bought another in 2016. I could pay within 3 yrs. now Buildg one. I am sure, I will manage easily. Do your math with worst in mind, then u don’t have to look back.

In coimbatore, land rates have hyped so much especially because of gsquare plots. For eg, othakalmandapam which is around 30 kms from cbe junction was 2 to 3 lakhs earlier, now gsquare avanga plot 8.6 lk ku potrukanga ..so that area rate is now increased thevai ilama .. 😢 this is happening everywhere here in coimbatore .. pls talk abt that ?can we expect any freeze time for this hikes sir ?

Sir, 800sq feet empty polt in sale in TIRUVOTTIYUR 600019 For ₹ 55lacs i know that location personal gud ground water available . 20min from METRO RAIL . Now i'm gonna sell my land near irugatukottai that will go for ₹30lac and will go for loan for remaining amount . Sir pls tell me it is good idea are not . Cause irrugatukottai land la i'm not going to use and it is near a SIPCOT so ground water is not that great and it is out of city. Pls suggest me a way ✌🏾👍🏾 .
