Simple...i dont buy any real estate property... towards 2013... because i am new in market 2013...but now...i dont know how many stocks...in my portfolio....per day many companies... give dividend in my account...if i go... real estate...i dont reach...this...hight... only one... close u eyes buy... standard stock...then open u r eyes after 10 years...now u c... Sir you are making wrong for long distance suburban train and buses will ease way of travel not metro speed 35-40kmph is suitable within the city limits not for longer routes I am traveling in bus to whitefield from rajajinagar 22km to reach metro every 1km each station it takes 1hr to reach whitefield, bus takes 80 minutes bus cost is 35rs per trip metro need to pay 55rs per trip monthly need to spend ₹2800-3000 month if I use bmtc bus pass ₹1050 month metro is suitable within the city I say ex for 8-10km traveling need to change 2 bus in that I will use 1 metro is useful for longer distance bus is better and suburban train speed 50-70kmph is also better if it runs properly using only one mode of public transport will not success at all

சென்னையை சுற்றியே எல்லா வசதிகளும் செய்வது என்ன நியாயம்.மற்ற ஊர்களில் ஏன் இந்த mrts,metro etc., கொண்டு வரக்கூடாது? வசதிகள் பரவலாக்க படவேண்டும் . சென்னை மட்டுமே ஊர் அல்ல IT துறை இயங்க hi speed internet connection இருந்தால் போதும், எந்த ஊரில் வேண்டுமானாலும் இயங்கலாம்... @nl9803 ,Yes,Sir!I stayed in Ananad,a small city in Gujarat,(Amul) for 1 week in 2013!.By that time I could purchase a flat of 1000 sq.feet for 25 lakhs in Ahmedabad/Gandhi nagar; the same would cost 1 crore by that time in Chennai!

If govt thinks of converting all MRTS and Suburban trains to AC coaches similar to Metro trains and give last mile connectivity with AC buses then more people will leave their cars and bikes and travel in trains, traffic congestion will be avoided. MRTS stations vast unutilised area may be let out for lease to Restaurants and shops.
