The main problem here the hospital management team may not have been set up by the Health Ministry to look into details on day to day basis. It is the ministry duty to manage the hospital well by setting up management at different level to check through and submit report and take action. The mistake is not with doctors. Yes I am with doctors. The way Dr Arjuna handle this matter is very wrong. He should have handle this matter in a civilized way.He tarnished Jaffna doctors reputation.It shouldn't have gone to this extent.People are herds😪😪😪
