They made the project to provide irrigation to 18.2 Lakh acres & spent Rs 130,000 Cr. What they got was irrigation of 0.2 Lakh acres. What is the cost benefit ratio? Original approval envisaged cost benefit ratio of 1:1.51 when cost was about Rs 80,000 Cr.
