Amma I have doubt which is not related to this video but kindly guide me I have 3 types of thoughts in mind 1) Meditate more, read spiritual articles or check spiritual videos or devotional and know the truth of this life when I came to home after my work 2)Read motivational and Inspirational stories and subject related (as I am mech engg) and get a better life and live a luxurious life and then go for more spiritual practices 3) Ignore thought 2 as your final Target is to know yourself I am not able to decide, kindly help me if you can please Thankyou amma
Spirituality is not against living a good life, it is about living with conviction. You can live an excellent luxurious life and still cultivate spirituality. You are young and unmarried, you need to build your life, your focus should be that. Whatever you do, live by ethics and become a better person, practice working to the fullest with detachment. If your Kundalini process progresses to awakening, you cannot focus on work then. Build your financial stability, do what you aspire to do. Life will take you to your destination no matter what path you take. All roads lead to evolution but if you are financially prepared, you can totally concentrate on your process without worrying over survival issues. You can have a daily routine of whatever mix of spiritual practices you feel like doing.
