మష్రూమ్ ధం బిర్యానీ | Mushroom Dum Biryani in Telugu Mushroom Biryani recipe by vismai food
Hello foodies,
Today we are going to see how to make mushroom dum Biryani , this is very easy and quick recipe and tastes absolutely delicious which you can try at your home.
MUSHROOM BIRYANI:
Ingredients:
¼ cup Ghee
1 Star anise
2 Cardamom
5 Cloves
1inch Cinnamon
½ tsp Black pepper
1 Bay leaf
1 Onion thinly sliced
1 tsp Shahi jeera
Fry golden
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
250gm Mushrooms
Coat the masalas well
1 Tomato sliced
1/3 cup Fresh peas
2 tbsp Corinader
2 tbsp Pudina
¾ tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Chilli powder
½ cup Whisked Curd
Cook 3 min on medium flame
1/3 cup water
1 lemon juice
¼ cup Fried Onion
Cook 2 more minutes
Keep a side
Heat 2 litres water
4 Crushed Cardamom
4 Cloves
3 Marati Mogga
1 tsp Shahi jeera
2 Star anise
1 Javitri
3 Bay leaves
2 tbsp Salt
Pudina chopped
3 Slit Green chillies
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Dry Rose petals
1 tbsp Ghee
Boil on High Flame
1.5 Cup Basmati rice (250gm)
Cook on high flame
After 13-15 min rice will cook to 60%
Add 60% cooked rice as a layer
Cook 3 min then the rice will be 70%
Add another layer
Cook 2 min it will be 80% cooked
Complete with the final layer
Spread evenly
¼ cup Ghee
2 pinched Cardamom powder
Sprinkle ¼ cup Fried Onion
¼ cup Milk
¼ tsp Red Food colour (optional)
2 tbsp Pundina Chopped
Dum 5 min on High Flame 8 min on Low flame & rest for 20 min
Serve With Chilled raitha or Mirchi ka Salan
