Hi Florence, its called "punukulu " a snack, can be had for breakfast or for tea time. Its made with 1 cup rice flour, 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour, 1 cup yoghurt, adding chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped cilantro, salt to taste and mixed it in a folding method and keep aside for about 4 hours or more if you can. Mix well again and the consistency, it shouldn't be very hard or very thin batter, as shown in the video the batter should be of the same consistency. Then heat oil after about 4 hours for deep frying the "punukulu ". You can make some chutney to go with it or eat them with a mixture of tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and mustard sauce. Tastes good as well. Florence, how come you are lingering in a Telugu recipes videos ~~~ surprising 😃
