•3 tbsp Oil
•2 pinches Fenugreek seeds
•1/2 tsp Mustard
•1 tsp Cumin
•2 Dry Chillies
•3 tbsp Chana dal
•8-10 Crushed Garlic pods
•2 sprigs curry leaves
•2 pinches Hing
•1/2 cup Onion choppings
•2 slit Green Chillies
•2 Tomato choppings
•1/4 tsp Turmeric
•1 tsp Coriander powder
•1-1.5 tsp Chilli Powder
•1/4 cup Water
•4-5 Brinjal cubes
•2 large cups Amranth Leaves choppings(thotakura)
•1 cups Methi Leaves
•2 cups Chukka Kura or Green sorrel / Any sour Green Leaves
•1/4 cup Tamarind water (extracted from gooseberry size tamarind)
•1.5 tbsp Rice flour/Besan
•1/4 cup Water
