Many are vegetarians. Pl mention which vegetables contain b12 n whare are the supplements available in ayurveda n allocated. A nutritionist can advise clearly. Ì am a senior citizen n taking ksheerabala capsules n ksheerabala oil massage on foot n legs followed with steam application on consultation with ayur doctor. Allopathy prescribed nuroford capsules also taking n good relief. Mention Yr specialisation n suggest supplimrpents otherwise there is no use of the vedio

I am a nutritionist with PhD in nutritional sciences. There is no vegetable rich in b12 you can rely on milk and milk products and also non veg. However in the current scenario from food its difficult to get B12 as there is no bacteria that produces b12 in the soil and know the soil is of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The only way to get a little bit from fermented food but fortified cereal such as cereals, oats. With respect to tablets based on your blood levels if u are too low in b12 you have to take b12 injections but you a bit less than normal you can take b complex or b12 with ALA depending on docs prescription.
