I followed the exact same steps and method as shown in the video. Prepared it in a cooker. However due to the thick curry pastes and coconut, the masala and mutton got stuck at the bottom of the cooker and got burnt. I would recommend, if preparing in a pressure cooker, which is what we generally do while preparing mutton, cook the mutton under pressure with the marinade and the onion curd paste, before adding the coconut base masala paste. This way the mutton will cook and the masala pastes will not get burnt.
