Malai Kebab is a exotic fine non veg starter kabab.Creamy chicken Malai Tikka.. Chicken Malai Tikka recipe is one to try out if you want to have a fancy dinner or want to impress your family members. This is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Chicken.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 500 grams
Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1 cup
Paste of Ginger, garlic & Green chilies - 1 tablespoon
white Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1/2 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Method:
1. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with Curd, Fresh Cream ,Paste of Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste, white Pepper powder, Chat masala, Garam Masala Powder, Lemon juice, Salt, add oil and cornflour & mix it well..
2. Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.
3. After marination Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer, chicken is nicely marinated , so it will pierce easily.
Without oven
4. Heat a pan and add 5 tablespoon oil.
5. Add chicken pieces immediately.
6. Do not over crowd the pan.
7. Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 3 min.
8.After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over.
9. Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for five minutes.
10. After five minutes open the lid and cook it an high flame until the water gets dry.
11. Cook out until you get nice grill marks.
12. Now heat a charcoal until it's red in color
15. In the pan put a steel glass and place the coal in it.
16. Pour the Ghee or oil and cover it.
17. Let it covered for 5 minutes.
18. After 5 minutes remove the coal and serve it!
If charcoal is not available
19. On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour.
