Donne Biryani Recipe in Kannada/Bangalore Special Donne Biryani
INGREDIENTS:
Grounded Paste:
- Chopped Onion - 2
- Green Chillies - 7 or 8,
- Garlic , Ginger
- Mint Leaves,
- Coriander Leaves.
Chicken - 1 kg
15 mins soaked Jeera rice - 1 kg
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - half tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 4
Cloves - 4
Bay leaf - 1
Cardamom - 3
Star anise - 1
Kalpasi (black stone flower)
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Oil - 100 ml
Ghee - 2 tbl ( Optional )
Onion - 2
Tomato (puree ) - 3
Turmeric powder
Salt
Curd - 3 tbl spoon
Half lemon
Garam masala -1.5 tbsp
