moringa leaves are rich in protein calcium and iron
the high nutrition content of these leaves is beneficial for those suffering from malnutrition. The leaves are excellent antioxidants and have lots of iron.
Daily consumption of moringa leaves is recommended for those who are suffering from diabetes. These leaves convert fat into energy.
Moringa leaves contain amino acids which build cells and reduce hair fall.
Your immunity increases with moringa because leaves as they are loaded with vitamin C.
Moringo dosa
Ingredients: 4 cup rice, 5 to 6 spoon coriander seeds, 3 /4 spoon jeera, 3/4 spoon mustard seeds, pinch of hing, lemon size tamarind 15 to 20 Red chillies , 1/4spoon turmeric, jaggery
Moringo leaves 100 gm
4 to 5 medium size onions
First wash 4 cups of rice and add all the ingredients. Soak for 5 to 6 hours. After 5 hours add a cup of grated coconut and grind all the ingredients.
Then mix chopped moringo leaves chopped onions and some salt for taste. Add some jaggery and turmeric. Leave it to ferment for 8 hours.
After 8 hours heat oil in a pan and make hot dosa. Serve with your favourite chutney😍
