Well recipe changes, boil milk in mud pot at low temperature add curd stare well and see it will be very fine. Masaru gadagi its famous at north karnataka, bharwad etc, especially buffalo milk it's very thick fat . Its awesome.. you get buffalo milk at Nandini milk stores
I followed your tips but I dono it doesn’t set thick in mud pot and taste is also not great I wash the mud pot with normal dish wash liquid where am I going wrong ? Do I have to do any seasoning for mud pot to set curd after every wash ?
Hi mam, I used the mud pot .....for some days.....first 1 week curd was good but after that curd use to not form well in mud pot ...pot didn't observe the water....what might be the reason
