Thank you Madam for this Video. Can you kindly give tips to fry to get either Hard Kodubale i.e. katuklu katuklu or Softy Kodubale I.e. medaklu medklu and oblige? I feel the ideal and tasty Home made Kodubale should be either Hard or Softy unlike Ckakli and Thenkolu which should be Crispy i.e. gari gari. Regards Krishnaswamy Mallikarjuna
