An easy to make milk shake which can be made in a jiffy. Made with ice apple aka panam nongu which is easily available on roadside as well as all supermarkets. Easily available during this scorching summer. This is such a refreshing fruit with a mild flavour. Almost similar to the taste of tender coconut, this Iceapple cn be consumed as it is or can make lime juice with it or make this simple, quick, easy milk shake and surprise your kids when they are back from their classes or tuitions or play ground. If you want, you can add a scoop of icecream or garnish with dry fruits to make it extra rich. But trust me, this shake can be consumed as it is without adding any extra flavours
