@@rajendranpillai8345 A disaster donnot occur due to a single mistake or action , it would be a chain of events which led to the crash, there are multiple ways to avoid the hazards infront of you, we lost a brilliant first officer and 21souls due to the superior power and stress of the captain of 1344, pilots aren't playing or risking the life of hundreds of souls on board, there are multiple safety regulation provided by FAA and other aviation officials for every procedure which should have been done. Here the main cause of the accident was the multiple avoidnce of safety regulations. Even the flight wasn't stebilized, vertical speed was too high and the aircraft was slightly off from the glide slope the malfunction of the wiper was only just a contributing factor. Even the 1st officer tried to convince the captain for a go around at the last seconds before initiating flare. These were the main contributing factors led to that tragic crash.

Divya, it is not captains salary in Jet. It is much more than that. Unless it is the pay slip from 2012 😊. Also, pilots salary is fixed. It is not depend on flying hours. Only if one fly more than stipulated hours, then he or she gets overtime pay. That varies from airline to airline. Jet it was 75 hours. But if one fly less than that, salary won’t reduce. Also a no one can fly in the capacity of captain without getting command and clearing the training.

ഞാൻ Air India യുടെ ഫ്ലൈറ്റിൽ അബുദാബിയിൽ നിന്നു തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തേക്ക് യാത്ര ചെയ്യാനായി എയർപോർട്ടിനകത്തു നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരാൾ എന്റെ തോളിൽ കൈ വച്ചിട്ട് ചോദിച്ചു അജി എവിടേക്ക യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന് അപ്പോൾ എന്നോട് സീറ്റ് നമ്പർ ചോദിച്ചു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു സീറ്റ് നമ്പർ കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്ന് Ok ക്യാബിൻ crew വന്നു നോക്കിക്കോളും എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് shake hand തന്നു അദ്ദേഹം പോയി ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന Five Star ഹോട്ടലിൽ ആണ് ഇവരൊക്കെ മുൻപ് താമസിച്ചിരുന്നത് പിന്നീട് എപ്പോഴോ air ഇന്ത്യ അവിടെ നിന്നും പോയി ഞാൻ work ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ഹോട്ടലിൽ കൂടുതലും ആ സമയത്തു airlines stay ആയിരുന്നു മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെയും ക്യാപ്റ്റൻ പോയതിനുശേഷം ഞാൻ Boarding pass നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അതിൽ seat number ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു സാധാരണ മണ്ടത്തരം പറ്റാറുള്ള എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയ പൊൻതൂവൽ ആയിരുന്നു അത് ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് take off കഴിഞ്ഞു breakfast കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ cabin crew ഒരു പേര് വിളിച്ചു വരുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്ന് അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ കൈ പൊക്കി എന്റെ അടുത്തുവന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ തിരികെ വന്നു വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്നോടൊപ്പം വരണം കോക്ക്പിറ്റിൽ ക്യാപ്റ്റന്റെ ഒപ്പം യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം ഞാൻ ok പറഞ്ഞു അതിനുശേഷം തിരുവനതപുരം എത്തുന്നതിനു അര മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപ് വരെ Captain Bendwarinoppam യാത്ര ചെയ്യാനും അതോടൊപ്പം എല്ലാ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ മോടും എനിക്ക് explain ചെയ്തു തന്നു അതിനുശേഷം അതേ ക്യാബിൻ crew എനിക്ക് ഒരു gift ക്യാപ്റ്റൻ വക എന്റെ bag നോക്കി അതിൽ വച്ചു ഞാൻ വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അത് miniature ആയിരുന്നു ഇതൊക്കെ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് Five Star ഹോട്ടലിൽ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്ത ഞാൻ നൽകിയ service അവിടെ താമസിച്ച മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാപേർക്കും കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട് അത് ഏതൊരു ക്യാപ്റ്റനും അതുപോലെ cabin crew അവർക്കും നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട് അതുമാത്രം അല്ല service satisfaction പരമാവധി നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട് അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ പിന്നീട് Five Star ഹോട്ടലിൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ് head ആയത് പിന്നീട് ഞാൻ രണ്ടു department head ആയി അപ്പോഴേക്കും ദുരന്തം ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയ്ത രാജ്യത്ത് വന്നുപെട്ടത് പറഞ്ഞു വന്നത് ഒരു captain ആകാൻ ചെലവും കഷ്ടപ്പാടും എത്ര Cabin Crew ആകാൻ ചെലവും കഷ്ടപ്പാടും എത്ര അത് രണ്ടും അറിയണമെങ്കിൽ R & Z നോക്കിയാൽ മതി
Similarly, Helicopter pilots gets good pay and life is not that stressful like airline pilots, 7-9 hours inside the cockpit without proper crew combination is difficult and still has to continue inside the aircraft if its a long Newyork or London flight..Quite hectic and boring too..And also has to settle down in a location where company says for 2- 3 yrs , then again transfer to another location for 2- yrs.. I have heard from airline pilots .. i would say Helicopter Pilot enjoys more , always can go to home ,high pay salary and enjoyable flying experiences. Adventurous...❤😊 Say the reality of life also, not only the top salary ,say the starting basic also

@@DivyasAviation Thanks🙏 On those occasions I agreed to change seat in order to avoid any trouble as heated argument with them or complaint by air hostess concerned or a member of crew to airline authority stating that the passenger is a nuisance to other passengers may lead to further problem after my arrival at destination.
