ഞാൻ ഒരു EV owner ആണ്. 3.5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു. 1.6 ലക്ഷം km ഓടി. 85,000 km ന് battery മാറ്റേണ്ടി വന്നു (under warranty). പിന്നെ service ശോകം ആണ്. അതിന് Tata ക്കും നല്ല പങ്കുണ്ട്.

dear friends I have two electrical vehicles one is Tiago and other one is Ace truck. I am happy with its performance. Tata is the only budjet range vehicle manufacturer and its a begining. Those who are going to buy EV's should also expect some problems as well. But it is totally depends case by case. This is my experience. My electrical Ace also show some glitches, I used to disconnect the auxiliary battery for some time mostly solve the problem. However I used to spend 25000 Rs per month before and now paying electricity bill of 3000 only. small problems thus not bothering me. Now both of my EV's cloacked beyond 25000 kms, I hope I can utalize the vehicle in the warranty period itself. thank you

There are many other electric cars in market which is giving good range. kia Ev6 is one such brand giving superb performance.its costly but not giving false promises to customer

Never change the service center frequently. Stay at one service center and record all the communications, results, verdict and arrange them meticulously to put it before the people who would have the power to help you. Easiest way is to sell it off, if you can bear the loss. Or invest more time and drag those service center fellows into legal way.
