Ingredients
Wet ingredients
Egg 2
Sun flower oil 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon ( you can use 1 lemon juice fully)
Lemon zest 3/4 teaspoon (can use zest of one lemon )
Put everything in a mixie jar and use pulse mode to grind it
Dry ingredients
Maida 1 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 1/4 cup
Mix well d dry ingredients and sieve 3 to 5 times
Then mix with the wet ingredients very slowly don’t over mix finally add 1/4 cup milk
Then put in a preheated vessel cover it and bake for nearly 50 minutes
