Karikkineth Adoor, പത്തനംതിട്ടയിലെ ഒരു വലിയ തുണിക്കട ആയിരുന്നു, അവിടെയും ഒരു staff നെ അതിന്റെ owner അടിച്ചു കൊന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ case എന്തായി എന്ന് അറിയില്ല, എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ പലരും അവിടെ കയറാൻ മടിക്കുന്നു. സ്വർണ്ണം വാങ്ങുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഭിമയിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങണം എന്ന്അ ഇന്നലെ പോലും ഞാൻ ഒരാളോട് പറഞ്ഞതാണ്, എന്നാൽ ഇനി എന്റെ തീരുമാനം മാറ്റാൻ നോക്കും, ഈ case settle ആയില്ലെങ്കിൽ. ഞാൻ ഒരു ഗ്രാം സ്വർണം വാങ്ങിയാലും അത് ഭീമയിൽ നിന്നും ആയിരുന്നു ഇതുവരെ.

If an employee cannot adjust to it, as long as it doesn't amount to any violations, he/she can at best keep giving feedback to the management, or get separated and choose another option. If it is a custom or rule of Bhima they could have informed that matter to the person after receiving his resignation letter.We buy Gold from Bhima because of their Goodwill of that particular jewellery group.Likewise that particular person have self-respect and he could have achieved a good name through his hardwork.why don't we consider that?
Advertising in newspaper on termination or resignation of an employee from a company is a normal procedure in Gulf countries. But it’s completely management’s discretion whether to advertise or not. This practice may new in Kerala that’s why the advertisement regarded as defamation of the employee.
Then they should have clarified that he has resigned and was not terminated for any reason. This vague statement implies he has been terminated due to undesirable behaviour. That is defamation. He has a right to his dignity.

It's quite normal in business when a person quit/resign/terminated from a responsible position and if he/she was having involvements in Financial matters of the institution. Also, It has nothing to do with credibility of Mr. Sreeraj or the number of years he worked for that company. It's purely professional approach of an organization.
