----Ingredients
Atta/Wheat Flour-100gm/5tbsp /1/2 cup
Water-5tbsp (may vary)
Salt-
Coconut -2 tbsp
Method
In a bowl add salt ,coconut and Atta ..mix well
To that add water little by little and make crumble ..
Then in to a dry jar add this and whip
Then see the consistency of the flour and if its wet u can add more dry flour and whip ..
Then add to the same bowl and mix with 1 tbsp of coconut
Close the bowl for 10 minutes ..Then mix with a fork
Heat a cooker and when the steam began to come ,fill the putts mould by adding wheat flour mix and coconut one after the other
Steam for 5 minutes or till done
So the tasty and healthy Wheat putts is ready to serve ..
