In USA, current interest rate is 8.00% . That means , if you have a 1M dollar house and if you pay 20% down, You will end up paying around $6500 . That is mostly one month salary after taxes. Chances are there , this situation stay like this for couple more years and interest rates may go up , since the economy is not recovering and we have 2 wars going on.

Inflation has gone up 2% rates are not comming down even if they come down it will be not go lesser than 5%. You decide which is better for you. Companies that loan to builders are not loaning them anymore thats the reality.

Anish Bro, You have worked hard to buy your dream home, try not to sell it, great achievement. If you get 3.5M or 4 M then you can sell otherwise don’t sell it at all, so that you can make good money after mortgage clearing. Within one year basement work also complete and give it for rent, do not stress yourself. You are a capable person you can manage, work for your children, you can do it. Your wife also working, you both can manage this difficulty. You can upload your real life videos, you will get more comments, likes and subscribers. So that you will get some extra money. This is only the opportunity to come up in your life for a middle class person, for yourself, for your wife and children. Interest rate will come down after two years, therefore you have to manage two or three years only then you will settle down. Yes YOU CAN.

It is always beter to be debt free..think wisely..try to increase your income source rather than expense.. instead of thinking v can work hard to pay mortgage think like " think like i should get a home even if one of us is not able to work"- like mortgage should be only your 1/4 th of our gross income.

Recession is a Western Economic reality right now, the dollar printing that America and Canada did during Covif may be a reason for this inflation but the real reason is Russia Ukraine War and the fact that the Oil Prices are skyrocketed, Gulf countries are also taking advantage of the situation which every business would do, they have reduced the oil production to make more profit and that also has increased Oil prices, and now that’s basic, Oil price is the main thong for inflation , so the western countries are trying to bring down inflation by making things expensive by increasing interest rate, anticipating that killing demand will bring down inflation, but when the oil prices are increasing again inflation goes up again, this is a on going cycle and the entire western economy is caught up here, the real winner is the Oil Economies… J P Morhan has warned that interest tates may go to 7% … or maybe more, and its Bank Of America that determines the interest rate Bank Of Canada just follows since both of this nations are so connected economically… situation is not good… hope war ends and Oil prices comes down…. But , dont know

@usair He had told in another video that he bought a home approx. 600k and sold that house for 1400k. So they made a huge profit. They also have a second house which they have rented out. Even though they are struggling a bit now, overall they have a huge asset. So, their strategy helped them to create wealth.
