Kovakka Thoran
Ingredients
1) Ivy gourd - 250 to 300 gm
2) Big onion - 1 to 2 nos
3) Grated coconut - 1cup
4) Green chilli - 4 to 5
5) Salt - to taste
Garnish
6) Coconut oil - 2 tsp
7) Curry leaves - 2 to 3 twigs
Preparation
1) Boil ¼ cup water in a frying pan.
2) Mix all the ingredients except the oil & curry leaves together with the hand.
3) Add to the boiling water & stir, boil on slow fire.
4) When done remove the lid & garnish with the ingredients.
