Ingredients
Brinjal -2
Green Chilli -3
Onion- 2
Garlic-6
Ginger - small Piece
Chilli Powder-1tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Tomato-2
Salt-
Coriander Leaves -
Oil- 1 1/2tbsp
Method
Wash and dry the brinjal .Make slits and roast them .
Heat oil kadai in a kadai ,add finely chopped onions along with salt .
Saute for 5 minutes .
Then add ginger ,garlic ,green chilli and saute till light golden brown.
Add powders and saute for 2 minutes in low flame by stirring continuously .
Now add tomato ,close and cook .
Meanwhile peel the brinjal and mash them well ..
To the tomato gravy add brinjal and mix well ..
Cook for another 5 minutes in medium flame ..
Check the taste . Finally add coriander leaves and garnish .
So the tasty Baingan Bharta is ready to serve

Hii ചേച്ചി.. 2 days ആയി ചേച്ചിയുടെ റെസിപ്പീസ് ആണുട്ടോ.. ഇന്നലെ ഇത് ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. with സോഫ്റ്റ്‌ ചപ്പാത്തി.. baingan കഴിക്കാത്ത ഞാൻ നന്നായി കഴിച്ചു.. നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു..evng cabbage പക്കോഡയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. എന്റെ മോൻ നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.. ഇന്ന് mng റവ ദോശയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. അത് പക്ഷെ ആദ്യം ശരിയായി വന്നില്ല.. രണ്ട് മൂന്നെണ്ണം ഉണ്ടാക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ശരിയായി വന്നു ... 😍😍luv u chechii...

Yes that the correct way to make baigan bharta. The north Indian way. When we use mustard oilnin cooking we should burn the oil .when we do this, it's punchant taste goes away. then never put mustard in mustard oil.

Actually this is not the actual way to make Baingan Ka Bharta, IBurning on Direct flame will give that smokey original taste. Brinjal can Burn on Gas flame its not harmful, or in charcoal ,as we make phulka s in Gas flame only. But in Oven it will not give that real taste.
