@@newzealandmallu May be not as 10 years back but the possibility for wiping out most of the gains made during last couple of years are for real. Now the situation is like stubborn sellers and cautious buyers are in neck N neck (Endowment Effect) which may lead property prices go sideways for coming years. If the interest rate hold up high for more extended period the prices will fall further.
