ഒറ്റ ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് പൈൽസ് മാറിയാൽ ലോകാൽഭുതമായിരിക്കും.(സർ, ഞാൻ എല്ലാ ചികിൽസയും എടുത്ത് പൈൽസിനെ കുറിച്ച് മനസിലാക്കിയ ഒരാളാണ്.ഇത്തരം ചികിൽസ കൊണ്ടൊന്നും പൈൽസ് മാറില്ല. സർജറി കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ മൂലക്കുരു പൂർണ്ണമായും മാറുകയുള്ളൂ. Third Stage കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രമേ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ വീണ്ടും വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.( ഗുണകാംക്ഷ)

1 ഡേ കൊണ്ട് മാറുവോ എന്ന് അറിയില്ല 4 ഡേ കൊണ്ട് എന്റേത് പോയി. മരുന്നല്ല ഭക്ഷണ ക്രമീകരണം ആണ് ഇതിന്റെ മെയിൻ. ഭക്ഷണം തന്നെ ആണ് യഥാർത്ഥ മരുന്ന് ❤️

@@VineeshVinayan-vd7zz മുളക് പൊടിയും മുളകും ഇട്ട കറികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കുക. ഞാൻ ഒരു week വരെ ചെറുപയർ, ഗ്രീൻപീസ്, പരിപ്പ്, മുരിങ്ങ, വെള്ളരി, പപ്പായ, പോലുള്ള കറികൾ മാത്രം കൂട്ടി മുളകും മുളക് പൊടിയും കറിയിൽ ഇടരുത്. പിന്നെ എന്നും ബീറ്റ്‌റൂട്ട് ജൂസ് കുടിക്കണം. ബീറ്റ്‌റൂട്ടിന്റെ കൂടെ ഞാൻ ക്യാരറ്റും ഇട്ടു ജൂസ് അടിക്കും. ഇടക്ക് സലാഡ് കയിക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്. മീൻ കറി, ചിക്കൻ, കോഴിമുട്ട, ഷുഗർ ഫുഡ്‌സ്, ബേക്കറി കടികൾ ഒന്നും കഴിക്കരുത്. ഞാൻ താറാവ് മുട്ട കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു. 6 ഡേ മാത്രം രാവിലെ ഉപ്പിട്ട വെള്ളത്തിൽ മുട്ട പുഴുങ്ങി ഉപ്പിട്ട വെള്ളത്തിൽ മുട്ട തൊലി ഒഴിവാക്കി ഇട്ടു വെച്ചിട്ട് രാത്രി അതെടുത്തു കഴിക്കുക. പിന്നെ ഡെയ്‌ലി മോര് വെള്ളം കുടിക്കണം ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ചതച്ചു ഇട്ടു മോര് കുടിക്കുന്നത് നല്ലത് ആണ്.പിന്നെ മെയിൻ ആയിട്ട് നല്ല വെള്ളം കുടിക്കണം ഒരു ഡേ ഒരു 2 ലിറ്റർ എങ്കിലും കുടിക്കുക മോര് വെള്ളം ഉണ്ടാക്കി കുടിച്ചാൽ കൊറേ കുടിക്കാം. ഇത്രേം കാര്യം കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം മൂലക്കുരു 1 വീക്ക്‌ കൊണ്ട് പോകും അനുഭവം ഗുരു ❤️ ബട്ട്‌ ഇത്പോലെ തന്നെ നിക്കണം. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞ ഫുഡ്‌ മാത്രേ കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുള്ളൂ.
