kanthari chilly /green chilly - according to your spice level - 10 num
shallots - 8 to 10
ginger - 2 medium sized pieces
garlic - 3 big cloves
Grated Coconut - 3/4 of a coconut
curry leaves a few
turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
cocum - 3
salt as required
