Better decision is സ്വന്തമായി വീട് വേണം. അത് ചെറുത് ആണെങ്കിലും. അതാണ് സ്ഥിരമായ address. വാടക വർഷത്തിൽ കൂട്ടി കൂട്ടി അവസാനം അവിടെ നിന്ന് മറ്റൊരു Location തേടി പോവേണ്ടി വരുന്നു.

I spent around 65 lakhs for getting the freedom of hitting a nail in the wall Now i realised living in a rental house is financially better.. the total value of my house and the land is around 1 crore I am going to invest this 1 crore in a mutual fund and in stocks.. Now I am 45 within 20 to 30 years my money will grow into 5-6 crores So that at I can buy a luxury house.

വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് എപ്പോ വേണമെങ്കിലും ഇറങ്ങി കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന ആണ് അസുരക്ഷാവസ്ഥ അതിനേക്കാളും വലിയ മാനസിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് വേറെ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല പോരാത്തതിന് വീട്ടുടമയുടെ ഇടയ്ക്കുള്ള ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ഷൻ വേറെ എത്ര ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ calculation നടത്തിയിട്ടു കാര്യമില്ല. ഞാൻ സ്വന്തമായി വീട് വെച്ച് 14 വർഷം കൊണ്ട് emi തീർത്തു സ്വസ്ഥമായി സ്വന്തം വീട്ടിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു

എന്റെ ലൈഫും ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു.. EMI അടക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ഒരു 6 മാസം മുമ്പ് വീട് വിറ്റ് പ്രശ്നം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചു.. ഇപ്പൊ വാടക വീട്ടിലാണ്.. സ്വസ്ഥം.. സമാധാനം..

If we rent, we need to shift home each year or in a few years. In that period u need to find home accessible to school for your children, office etc.. As well as social connection(like friends, neighborhood etc etc)...

Certainly, I completely agree with your perspective Aashan. Have you considered the potential rental yield from the owned flat? Renting it out could provide a source of income to cover the EMI effectively. So basically the rental yield can be used to pay off the EMI.
